We Commit To:
Daily Prayer - Frequently and lovingly with the One who first loved us.

Reflective Study - so that we may be transformed.

Personal Service - we care for sheep (the people of God) as the Good Shepherd would.
Our Charism
The Good Shepherd has given each Monastic Community a way of life (gifts and talents to be shared with others) which the founders foster, and which are seen in the governing (and other) documents of the Community. This way of life is called the "charism" of the Community. The purpose of a charism is to unite each member of the Monastic Community to Christ, by making all more Christ-like.
